London Bay Homes has sold its 5,000-square-foot West Indies-inspired Somerset model in Spice Bay, leaving one remaining waterfront homesite in the gated community on Sarasota Bay.
Offering a location near Siesta Key Beach and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, Spice Bay blends prime waterfront access with an intimate setting, near the cultural activities of St. Armands Square.
The eight-acre gated Spice Bay community of 14 homesites is enhanced with tropical foliage and cobblestone roads. All Spice Bay homes have dock access, with 11 boat slips available to residents.
The one remaining homesite offers buyers an opportunity for the ultimate in-home customization from London Bay Homes. The builder’s brand promise of “Private Label Living” means that homeowners can collaborate with the company’s in-house design team to personalize every detail of their new residence from the ground up.
Homebuyers can view a virtual tour and online floor plan for the recently sold Somerset home, which previews the possibilities for the final homesite in the exclusive community.
London Bay Homes builds new luxury custom estates and multi-family homes, priced from the high $1 million to more than $15 million, in many of the region’s most exclusive neighborhoods and communities.
