Top 10 Cares program looks to rescue Detroit restaurants, feed people

 The Detroit Free Press/Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers Top 10 Cares program is kicking off the third round of its Rescue Detroit Restaurants + Feed the Community initiative today, with a goal of raising $100,000 to feed people in need and support local restaurants hit hard during the coronavirus pandemic.
