This is according to the recent Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021 list by The World’s 50 Best, an annual ranking of the best restaurants in the world.

Launched in 2009, Cantonese restaurant The Chairman in Central, owned by Danny Yip, is renowned for its authentic, ingredients-driven cuisine.
